WTB or WTT for JL 250/1 amp

I have an XM Skyfi2 receiver, car kit, and boombox. It's all refurbished and works great. It came straight from the manufacturer and hasn't been used since it's refurbishing(?).... All of that new goes for $230 on XM's site, so I figured a used JL 250/1 amp in good condition would be a fair trade. Also willing to buy, but would rather trade. I don't mind adding cash to my part of the trade if you feel a 1 for 1 deal is one sided.
