Wtb or Wtt ameican bass 200.1 for 3500-4000watt at 2ohm

I have a grey ab vfl200.1 in perfect shape that has never been run under 1 ohm that I would like to trade for an amp that makes 3500-4000 watts at 2 ohm. Would like a quality amp and would be willing to throw in a 4 channel diamond d5 600.4 with the trade for a good quality amp. An amp uder about 24 inches would be great also. Cant fit a surf board amp under my rear buckets.
