I am looking to buy 2x 15 or 18"s, have to be dual 4 or 1 ohm. Have to be 1000-1500W. Budget is NO MORE than $400

I have an HDC318 to trade/ sell also, copper coils, Dual 2, great condition. no scuffs, scratches, cone dinks...etc etc.
