yeah my 2000x draws that at 4 ohms...are the HC's class d?

No they are AB's a lot cleaner sound than D's

Does the 2000x play at 1 ohm mono? I gained another US amp today...an oldie with a few scuffs a little purple 50 watt amp. I'm gonna check it out tomorrow.

no, the usa 2000 is a 1 ohm amp, the 2000x and most of the x's are 4ohm bridged only

nice...but my toriod's on my 2000x look beefier

I guess mine being 1/2 ohm stable is the reason in the difference in size......

This is a regualar USA 100HC so you can see the insides are nothing like mine. This was a real good deal for someone.
