WTB OEM Inteface Processor

I want to buy a processor for my new car . I need to keep the stock H/U but want to add aftermarket amps/speakers. For now, I'm just adding subs/amps, but will eventually upgrade the other speakers. I'm open to just about anything, so throw me out some offers. For trade, I have CASH.

Sorry. I have an 08 Pontiac G8 GT. The factory H/U has HVAC controls integrated into it, so swapping it out is not an option right now.
