WTB: Nice HT Sub

Needs to be a 4ohm load, so D2, D8, S4, etc.

Just looking something to run off 300w on my HT setup. I have my eye on a Dayton Classic 18 on PE, but just seeing if anyone else has anything better for the same price range? Looking to spend $150 or less.

You could pick up one of those cheap MB Quart 15" subs. Supposed to play low and sound good.

Don't listen to the guy telling you to not bother. There are tons of options for that price. And in home theater, you don't need an 18" sub to have it sound great either - I have a 12" XLS in a ported box and it gets way louder than I need it to

My parents have a JBL PSW1200 on 80w in one room, sounds great - sealed

JBL GT124 off 80w in main room, also sounds great - sealed

Exodus Shiva-X off 500w in main ht, in 4.3 ported sounds AMAZING

Got the PSW1200 sub for $25, the GT124 for $40 and Shiva-X for $150 all included shipping

Im looking for something mainly to shake the walls when Im listening music. I have a 300w Bash amp and was thinking a nice 15 or 18 would be killer.

If you are on a bugdet I'd say go with march5 audio. They have really cheap subs! And they sound great, look them up on youtube.

I have a BNIB TC9 based proto type built by tc sounds for HT use. S4 coil it's a little more than your budget but your getting a low end monster cheaper than you'd find it anywhere else. I'm asking 180+ shipping.
