i have like 6 12" blue tubes if your intreasted ill have to check if they still work. They allhave been sliced at the ends to connect to a switch. Ill give them to ya for a a few bucks plus the shipping if your intreasted

i've got a 60watt blacklight bulb back at my parents house. should light up your whole car pretty well

does your car run off of 120v ac by chance?
