wont it over power the sub?.. will the bass be smooth or because of more power the bass will be very hard and have a thumppp feel? dont wanna have hard hitting bass

no it wont over power the sub as long as you set the gain's correctly! it is a very clean amp and the way your sub hit's, is enclosure dependant! this amp would be a very respected purchase! this amp is very efficient by the way and is a very good sq type amp imo

By 2 ohm im assuming DVC 2 right? In which case i have an amp that does 400rms at 4 ohms, more than likely underrated though so expect over 500rms for 120 shipped brand new! Have everything but the box....

Great choice....would sound great on that 13ov in the right size enclosure.....
