WTB: Mono Class D amp that does 500-600w rms @ 1 or 4 ohm

I'm looking to buy a Mono Class D amp that does between 500 and 600 watts RMS at 4 ohm or 1 ohm, but preferably 4 ohm. I'm looking to spend between $170 and $190 shipped, and can pay via PayPal. Just reply to this thread or send me a PM if you have one available, thanks!
