Ok the amp im looking for will put out 900 rms at 2ohm.

would prefer a mono amp.

Not sure wtf the problem was but whatever. I have a Hifonics Brutus 1605D, which is 1100@2ohms and 1600@1ohm. $210 shipped takes it.
