WTB: mono amp for 160 or less

I have 160 in Paypal right now. I am looking for an amp that will power two Type Rs at 1 ohm and power 1 Type R at 2 ohms. Something that does like 6-700 @ 2ohm and 1200-1500RMS at 1 ohm would be GREAT! I am looking to buy tonight, or whenever the best offer comes up.
