That would be your best bet. For a tad more then you could look into the Onyx series by MBQuart although IIRC, they might be a tad overrated. But dont quote me on that. I think you can pick up an Onyx1500 for around $230-250. An Audiopipe AP15001D will run you within your budget. Solid amps contrary to what people say, only because of the budget friendly price. I have installed 7 Audiopipe amps and none of my customers or friends have had any issues with them + the 2 that I have ran. I am still currently running an Audiopipe AQX360.4 and it sounds great. I use to run an AP30001D, but I sold it because I got rid of my Tahoe and didnt need that much power. Now Im going back to getting one now that I have made some modifications to allow a bigger box in my 08 Sierra to run four SA-8 V.2's
