Doesnt work that well at all. Your best off messing with it until yoy think it sounds good.

I think a minijack bluetooth mic will probably work too

Maybe. I have ton my hu. Ill trywith the mic i guess. I just play with it until it sounds best to me. mine is set to from left to right, +4, +3,+2, +0 +3 +2 +0 +1 +0 but then you havr to figure in my amp, speakers, car, hu...

Hu is a avh 3200btpioneer.

Does the mic just have a 3.5mm headphone jack at the end of a long wire?

If so I have a few of them here from home stereos I could send you one.

Thanks for everyone's insight. I'm planning to use it only for the Auto-EQ; I will be adjusting TA manually. Am I better off manually adjusting the EQ myself as well?
