WTB: MDF speaker baffles (design done)

I'm going to build some kicks over winter break, so i need a pair of speaker baffles as shown below with recesses for driver mounting. I request all round edges are done with a guide of some kind, no free hand cuts.

Things i need some input on:

1. The thickness of the baffles (.75"?) and how deep the recesses should be.

2. The seperation between the tweeter and the mid is not set in stone, if anyone thinks it should be moved closer i would be glad to alter my plans. Post or PM me.

I would also be interested in a pair of rings for just my mids incase i don't like the sound of tweeters way down low. These would use the same plan, but remove the tweeter side.

Lastly i will pay via paypal, but the amount will vary depending on the quality of your previous work, so pictures would be nice.

the admin over at fiberglassforum.com is selling baffles and stuff for a pretty cheap price.

My girlfriend's dad has a scrap that is big enough for this poject, and a basement full of tools to make them.

As a side note, i did decrease the length from mid to tweeter and made the outside diameter a little smaller to allow for emergecy brake clearance.
