WTB MDF Rings

As satated, I need MDF ring(s) to mount my sub. I need them to be a combined (stacked one on another, or a single 2" wide ring, or 2 1" wide rings, or whatever it takes to get there) 2" high, and I need them to be able to mount a sub with a cutout of 14.125". Can anybody make these, give me an estimate of how much it would cost to make and ship them to me? I'm in dire need.
