WTB: MB Quart PVI Crossover

there are 2 different PVI crossovers, i am really looking for either one but really prefer the one that is bi-ample. I know this is a real long shot too.

yeah, there's a difference. the PVI crossovers are flex mount type. the PVI is rather large, looks like an amp with input on one side and outputs on the other side.

Bi-ample Means what exactly ? I think i may want a pair like them.

Bi-ampable in this case means you can use separate amps to power the woofer and tweeter independantly.

So its a semi-active type deal. I can put a larger amp on the mids and a smaller on the tweets and still run them through a crossover so its not a completely active set-up. In that case, i need a pair. lol.

Yes, this helps in running active as you can power the tweets and mods separately. I am going active and would rather get another crossover than buy 2 module chips for a 6xs.

Mine is bi-amp but i think it defeats the point of running active since your going to be using 2 different amps on a "passive" crossover. I can actually run active but the passive sounds great!
