I've ran both, currently running the PH4000 and yeah they're pretty much the same thing. Never had any problems with either and they put out good power.

iv'e only ran the 800 watt amp s in both models ,the massive did tend to get a bit hotter than the ph tho

Actually I dont wanna split up amps and stuff. My massive doesnt ever get hot even running at .7 ohms.

PH4000 and N4 are internally identical, I wanted to run 2 N4s on my 4 Sundown 15s, but then saw the PH4000 was the same, and half the cost. So I dug up some pics and they are the same, internally.
