wtb: laptop ram 256 or 512mb

Need some laptop ram. pc 2100 or 2700 preferably, or 3200 if you can let it go for cheap (doesn't matter though cause its only gonna run at 2100 speed.)

preferably 256mb stick, but again, 512 is okay if its cheap...

just basically looking for the cheapest (working) stick for a repair for a friend.

I have a set of 512 (2x256) PC2700 from my dell inspiron 600m iam on now will let go for $15 shipped for the set.

Edit: my bad it was PC2700 not PC2100

It is somewhat of an off brand I guess, it came in the dell from the factory. I think the brand name is ProMOS
