Yea, all I will say is there is two sides to every story. I doubt KNU is out to screw anyone over. I bought yesterday around 10a.m got tracking number around 4:00pm and my rca's will be here friday. Sounds like a good company to me.

Yes, there is two sides. but the simple story was, I bought wire, asked for exchange after I realized i bought the wrong stuff. They replied and agreed to it no problem. Then they never replied to me for a month, so i opened up an ebay case and even after the case was open for 7 days they didnt reply. so ebay refunded me. now today i see they sent me an apology. But thats the end of that!
