So many better amps in that price range , why would you go with these? Look into getting crescendo , your local and navid has some of the best amps around. Throw that kicker mentality to the curb and get you some good stuff. Crescendo Audio

Neither of those amps do the rating I need. I need about 4 x 150w at 2 ohms and about 1000 at either 1 or 4 ohms.

And my budget is about $400.

Crap that SX looks tempting. Gonna have to see what kind of deal I can get on the other amp. $400 budget for both amps...

850.4 wont really work. Im planning on bridging the 2 channels on the 850.2 to power the sub at 4ohms. Need an amp that does full power at either 1ohm or 4ohm load. Dual 2 VC's for the lose.
