Just to let you know (you may already know), I have the X794 (not for sale) but I figured out that when you're in radio mode, the number buttons on my remote correspond to my numbered presets. So I don't have preset buttons on my HU but I do on my remote. Idk if that changes what you're looking for, but I thought it was cool.

It's....eh lol but it sounds great. It's kinda laggy in the cold (lots of ghosting) and it doesn't visually change menus very fast, but you don't have to wait on the menu to show up to go ahead and choose whatever you want. Once you have the menus memorized then the screen doesn't matter, but it's certainly nothing to write home about.
