WTB: JL 1000/1 or PG Xenon 1200.1 Amp

I am looking to purchase one of these hopefully in the near future. I have a DD M1a amplifier thats rated at 1200rms @ 1ohm, but most likely does around 1400rms. I also have a DD 3512d that I would be willing to trade, plus cash of course. Let me know what you got.

would you consider trading an m1a for it + a bit of cash on my end. Its in flawless condition mechanically and the only physical flaw is one scratch no more than 2 inches long on the top of it.
