yeah, its just going to be hooked up to the HU and hidden away in the car never to be seen unless adding/deleting songs which doesnt happen often for me.

It will have to be a ipod, sorry. The connection I have with the HU will charge the ipod so no need to take it in and recharge the battery or have another power line run for a different mp3 player. convenience wins all.

Also because cosmetic condition doesnt matter I am looking for less than $100 shipped on a 30gb ipod just depending on what shape its in, less than $150 for a 80gb depending on condition, and less than $250 for a 160gb depending on condition. Just to give everyone a ballpark of what I am looking at, even ipods with broken screens would work great for my situation too! but again, it will have to be working flawlessly through ipod connection to HU and via USB to PC.

umm it does not saw how many gig it is. and i bought it off someone, with all the songs already on it, i know nothing about ipods, i play the tunes through my xbox360 when im playin games
