i got ya, i have a lanzar vbd-500. works fine, has everything you need, but the faceplate is not detachable. great shape, has the green buttons not red. only thing wrong is that a couple lights on the display are out. i can do 35$ shipped for ya. if you need pics i wont be able to get them until wednesday. let me know.

well it skips cuz its not high quality, i mean for 35$ you wont get super high end, but i can guarantee this is better then your legacy.

I know this is a little more than what you have, but I have a Dual DEH-665, MP3/CD, one RCA output, AUX input, blue face, detachable face, no remote, wiring, mounting bracket (slight modified for quick removal, while I was doing some upgrading to the speakers.) I didn't even know how much these things were going for, so I just threw out a number. If I can get a unit soon, I will do that, but until then I can keep an eye out for a decently cheap decent headunit. On occasions, you can find pretty good deal through eBay, just have to look out for the low/bad feedback sellers. I'll keep you posted.

I have a Pioneer DEH 2300, works perfect bought it from my uncle about a year ago. Had it in my Crown Vic with (4) AA assassin 12s in the trunk, and never gave me a problem skipping. Works perfect, just wont play mp3s.
