this isn't a sub that i've ever opened. it is brand new and will ship to you directly from JBL. 200 shipped is a lil' low considering you will have a full 1 yr warranty through jbl and it's retail is 400. i'd do 240 shipped lowest i'd go b/c that is right at my cost.
