WTB: HO Alt for my truck

I have a 97 4runner with a V6 3.4 L and i want an alt that puts out about 200 at idle i.e. DC 270xp is what I will buy if i can find anything on here!

Might want to get with Nate at Excessive Amperage and go 250a or so. Also check with Mechman.

Can I ask why the mechman alt didn't work? I was thinking on getting a mechman alt if I don't have any luck finding something soon

I couldn't get the belt tight enough because my alt location is tight, if you have a toyota my mechman is for sale with the factory harness

I got a gmc

Reason I asked I looked them up on ebay an seen a bad feedback on a alt that I was looking at for my truck

Other than that most people say good things about mechman

The alt I'm looking at from them is 500+ so it will take some time to get the extra cash over what I have saved now, so I want to make sure that's what will work for me
