I am looking for a quality SQ type CD/MP3 player with some great options for EQ as I would like to edit out the purchase of an add on EQ if I can as the JVC 8500 I had came with a decent eq built in and I liked it pretty well.

Heard alot about the Pioneer 880prs but unsure how detailed the EQ is.

Are there decks out there that I can just plug my portable 120gb hard drive into for my music library as the JVC would only do 512mb or so.

Let me know what you have to offer and features and specs as I have (around) $200 or so but may be able to work out a trade if you are in the market for a sub as I have 4 TC 3hp/ TC3000 subs that are different makes that I can offer on trade if you would like.

I am needing a deck ASAP so let me know.

my jvc kd-ar880 could take big Harddrives, definitely better than my current kd-s100 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif. see if you can find that model jvc deck

Yeah I took a look at it and it looked like it fits my needs but I like to be able to have a good eq built in but I dont think many decks come with more than 5 bands as I wish I knew of decks that had more around a 13+ band eq built in?

high end 600-1000 $$ pioneer have dual 16 band eq's lolz

the p5100ub has 7 band and it has 250gb hdd support i sell em new for 190 shipped. i think crutchfield has em for about 200. there are others as wll for pretty decent price if ya dont care about warranty look at caraudiodeals sonic ect....

Yeah I seen a few of the Pioneer decks have a 16 band Eq but I am unsure if it has any type of USB support for me to just plug in a Hard drive or if I can plug in a Thumbdrive.

Anyone else have any suggestions as I am trying to find a good SQ type deck with the ability to have lots of tuning options at my finger tips instead of buying a trunk mount EQ. If you have anything like this guys let me know.

Eclipse CD8445

Everything you want except no USB or SD slot.

7 band parametric

8v preamps

time alignment

24db active x-over

I went from an Alpine CDA-9835 to this deck and I thought my component set and midbass had a lot more warmth to the sound, and I fell in love with Eclipse at that time.

Since then every Alpine I listen to simply sounds too tingy, and not enough warmth in the mid's. Only fix for that I've seen is my buddy tried to EQ in some "warmth"....but nothing beats an Eclipse HU.

PM if you want it

Yeah the USB or the SD has been the only thing holding me back from some of the Eclipse units as I owned one a few years back and it was a very good head unit.

I really hoped to find something ASAP with a USB and and stellar sq. This is close besides the USB.
