I'm looking for a class ab amp for my svc 750w 4ohm sub. I can get a lrx 1.2k locally but I think it's too much power. Must be in great condition. Budget is around 700$.

Guys.... please pay attention to the details. He's looking for a Class A/B amp (for some silly reason). And he's looking for 750w. And he's got a Single 4 ohm subwoofer. So your listed amps need to do anywhere from 500-1,000W of Class A/B power at 4 ohms to meet his requirement.

I hope you've got some beefed up electrical for that btw.

What subwoofer do you have?

I'm sure you already know this, but I just can't sleep without saying it. You could easily get some very fine Class D mono amplifiers that sound just as excellent on a subwoofer as whatever class A/B you find, and likely much cheaper.

I have a arc 2300se great condition. It is a bit higher than what you need power wise but sounds excellent and is a/b unlike half of the posts on here. I will come in under your stated price. It will do 1300 at 4 or 2 ohms mono (room for adding onto you system). It isnt a mono though. It is a 2 channel. Most monos arent going to be class a/b nowadays.

My silly reason is: I only have one svc 4 ohm sub so I do not need the efficiency of class d amps. My sub is a Hertz ML3000. I'm thinking super sq here.
