Sold (WTB) High End 6.5 midbass/midrange drivers 70-3000hz

im looking for a pair of high end midbass/midrange drivers. something like the dyn audio mw162. maybe morel or hertz. just looking for the raw drivers, no crossovers. want 4 ohm. to be able to handle 100 watts no problem. looking to spend under $300 or around it. this is for a 2 way active front stage, so needs to be able to play up to 3000hz easly
