wtb (help) for sub issue.. reno/tahoe area

ight i have this problem with my sub my bass hits hard sumtimes and then it just fades and dont hit as hard as when the car is first turned on..

if you can help me with this issue it will be greatly appreaciated

sounds like alternator peaking then leveling out maybe? thats my guess

my voltage holds power at 12.5-13

im thinking its my altinater also... could a undercrank pulley cause that?? the pulley i have now is smaller than my stock pulley
