May be more than you wanted to spend but I have my Clarion DRZ9255 listed for 595 shipped.

Has 4 way crossovers, 5 band parametric EQ(all you really need), TA, 24Bit DAC, 96khz sampling, copper plated chassis, Digital input/output, two sets of Auxilary rca inputs.

i mean how much you got to spend? $200 for a HU that has a 3way active crossover? kinda hard. you might be able to find a 860, thats probably the cheapest Hu that has a 3way crossover built in. or older models like the like an alpine 9815. some guy on eca is selling his 8053 for $320 shipped is that interests you.

8443's go for around $200. it doesn't have to have one but i would like one. all i got for trade is a set of ology comps. $320 is way to high for an 8053. i sold mine for $260
