WTB: GM Factory Integration Adapter

Anyone have one of these? (for a car without on star)

Heres a link of the adapter from Crutchfield. Its 80 bucks, or 50% off only if you buy a hu from them.

or does anyone know where they sell a cheaper one that'll work the same as this one? I can't use a generic radio harness or I'll loose my door chimes (warnings for low fuel, no seatbelt..etc).

I have a 2002 Impala if that matters.

Nvm. Decided to buy my HU from crutchfield. Added everything up and I'll actually save money if I bought all the installation crap and hu from them.
