Call Focal. They'll send you some. I have the TN45s as well with my 136V Polyglass speakers. I bought them used from a guy on another forum and he only gave me the angle mounts with them. I called them and they shipped the TN47 flush mounts out to me for free. The TN45s fit perfectly in the TN47 cups. There is no surface mount from Focal for these tweeters.
