WTB: Double DIN

I'm looking to replace the factory radio in my new truck. I had the F90BT in my last car (left it in when I sold it, wish I hadn't) so I'm partial to Pioneer but it doesn't have to be. I do NOT want a flip-out.

Requirements:

Ability to play DVDs (while in motion, for the kid ...)

Ability to hook up a rear-view camera

iPod connectivity

bluetooth

Would be nice if it had:

Navigation

HD Radio

Thanks but I forgot to mention bluetooth as a requirement. Now if you have the adapter for BT, I'll probably buy it.
