WTB: Door speakers, Tweeters, And an amp

I have about 300 to spend on all of this together. I desperately need to upgrade my door speakers, but i dont know as much about door speakers as i do subs.

If anyone can help throw me in the right direction on what i should get for my car. The stock speakers are 4 6X9's. Im just looking to get everything for 300. I can go a little bit over that if need be. I looked through the classifieds but i don't really know what i should be looking for (or what the really good speaker brands are)

any help is appreciated, i hope i posted this in the right place

You could do better if you really have $300, but if you wanted cheaper and still pretty good I have two sets of PG RSD coaxs, one set are 6s, the other 6x9s. And an MB Quart DSC480 amp. Id take $130 plus shipping for all of it.
