WTB: Decent pair of tweeters/crossovers

I'm looking to get a decent set of tweeters/crossoovers that will be run with midbass woofers powered by approx. 30-60W RMS @ 4ohms.

I would like new, but slightly used and un-damaged would be fine. $50 or a little less would be my budget, and I can pay with Paypal.

They're for my Dad, so they'll need to be clear more than they will REALLY loud.

I've got a pair of DLS passive crossovers from a component set that have never been used. Still in plastic and boxed. And I may have some Kicker tweets that are lying around..... I'll just have to search for 'em but they were working fine when uninstalled a year ago.
