I have a couple sets of 5.25 componets

Set 1 Alpine SPX 137's. Had a year used about 6 moths. Very nice sounding set. Retails for around 400 bucks. I paid 300, will let go for 200.

Set 2 MB Quart Discuss series. Had same time and used same amount as the Alpines. Very nice as well. A little harsh for my tastes, but very loud. Will sell for a 100.

whats the mounting depth on those CDT's?

not sure on the exact depth but they are slimline. i needed less then 3" depth and these fit the bill.

EDIT": Just found the info.....mounting depth=2.094"
