I am actually going to be buying that amp and two crossfire DB3 series subs with dual voice coils tomorrow. I noticed that you live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I live in Hutch and actually just getting mine from the local car audio shop--Innovative Audio

How much are you getting a VR402 for? I was thinking of getting one to match my VR2000d.
