WTB: Cheapo amp and HU

preferably a hundred or less for both.

all i need out of the head unit is mp3 capability and RCA out for an amp.

the amp needs to be a 4ohm bridged 2-channel that does around 200-400w. or an amp that does that power at 4 ohms (whichever).
