wtb cheap low power sub for room.

really lookin for anything. 8", 10", 12" or whatev. i have a reciever in my room that will do like 50 watts or something and am looking to get some bass from a sub. let me know what you have. i might just be better off buying a better reciever.

hmm that doesnt seem too beefy. is that 110 for sub with box or what? im thinkin about just buying like a 400W reciever or somethin.

With the box. It surprised me actually. It's got alot of oomph in a trunk, so in a room it should be VERY powerful and noticeable.

no i meant i wanted it not so beefy. lol that subs non-beefyness was a good thing to me. there is no way a 50W reciever will wang a treo like that hahaha. thanks though

Oh ok, lol Let me know. the directed will give you ALOT of output, at 50w, I think it will be ideal for you.

A Re sub might be a good choice RE 8 10 or 12 ....because they are dual 4's and pretty efficient working on low power...since dual 4's they can be wired to 8 ohms which is what most home amps are stable.....

have pics? its dvc. i could wire that to 8ohms and get like 30 watts hah. anybody want to trade for a punch?

looks like the memphis and the directed are 200W Rms. the last thing i used was a cheap arse visonik and it wanged but the bass was ghey.
