WTB: CD cassette head unit

I'm looking for a double din head unit that can play both CDs and (here's the hard part, apparently) cassettes. What can I say, I'm old and I've amassed a large collection of music in almost all formats, and it takes too much time to transfer it all to CD/MP3s.

I wouldn't say plenty-- I started out there, and the dearth of good units led me to expand my search, leading me here.
