mine runs at .7 .....its a 1 ohm stable therefore since its never even been ran at 1 ohm before cuz i ran it at 2.6 its nearly new......

Whatever they are on a 2100 HCCA you will only see for 12v. Not 13.8 to 14.6 or 16, or 18v. And they increase with eah voltage because they are running unregulated power supplies....

So, for the answer....on a 12v system.
