I have 2 Optima Group 31 Yellowtops for sale. they rest at 12.7. They have enough juice to run a soldering iron and a TV through a power inverter, dont ask me how I know.

12V batteries charge at 14V. No 12V battery should be resting over 13V

I was responding to this. I was saying that good healthy resting voltage (off the charger) for a 12V battery would be 12.5-12.9. When you start the car and the alternator runs you will be around 14V.
