I would say Walmart / Target is your best bet

get one of those cheap prepaid phones, and just put your sim card in it

i have an older LG phone w/o camera, it's a basic candybar style phone with a color screen. it's lying around somewhere in my closet, if I can find it it's your shipped for $10. it's in its original box with charger.
