I got an audiopipe 1500d for my SDC2.5 and if you keep the gains down a little you can feed it the perfect 870. For $165 shipped on ebay

The Sundown does more than the AQ...

Why not just spend the extra $50 and get the warranty? Seems like a dumb move to me if you don't...

Does it do more than rated? The sundown site says 600 @ 2ohms

That is at a perfect 14.4volts. Sundown rates theirs at 12.8 So if you do see 14.4 with the sundown, it WILL produce more than 600. Just lettin ya know. Good luck

Dont cars usually run from like 13-15 volts normally while operating?

If it helps, I have a Optima Yellow top.
