Cadence ZRS9004 ..does 100x4 easy...I am running just 2 channels on a pair of 4ich ads drivers and its actually loud and clean.....I could sell it for about $130....pm me if you want more info on the amp....its actually nice and I have heard a lot of high dollar amps

your going to have a hard time finding an amp that does a real 150 x 4 for $120 ....I hate to tell you ....

Unles you up your budget you wont find one unless its cosmetically looking like its been through a war. Good luck though.
