WTB: Antenna for the viper 5900 car alarm

I just swapped units to the Viper 5900 2 way alarm, and my old antenna is not compatible with the new 5900. Does anyone have this antenna lying around?

This is what the tech guy said at viper:

"you’re on the right track. The 590XV and 5900 SST antennas are completely different and cannot be swapped. You need a 6701 SST receiver (antenna) for the 5900 SST before it will function correctly."

if anyone has that I want to buy it.

How did you buy an alarm without any of the cables?

ebay...I didnt need any of the cables,(except for the antenna) and I got a sick price on the brain and remote. Once I sell the 5900 brain, remote, and antenna, I should almost break even.

No warranty though, oh well.

FOr anyone that is kind of doing the same thing as me, you cant find this antenna anywhere. I had to literally call 30 directed retailers and they all said they couldnt order it. I even called directed and the first 3 times I was told it was not possible, then I called again just to make sure and this guy named peter was very helpful enough to give me a phone number to contact the purchasing department.
