I want to replace it with something with a much smaller footprint because I want the trunk space.

Here's what I'm looking for

Subs: 8" only. Top choice would be 3 TC Epic 8's because they'd take up the least amount of space. Next is 2 old style Ascendant Audio Assassins (TC2+). 3rd is 2 SS orphans. Whatever I end up with will be wired to 1 ohm or close to.

Amps: I want 1 amp that is rated for 1000 to 1500 @ 1 ohm. I want another amp that is rated for 50x4 @ 4ohm.

If there isn't anything on here in the next couple weeks, I'll end up getting this:

300W, PRIME Series 4-Channel Amplifier

and this:

RE Audio DTS-1500.1 (DTS1500.1) 2000W Monoblock Class D Amplifier

I don't want to spend more on here than what I would for the new amps in the links. I know the epic 8's are at parts express but I don't want to pay 165+ shipping for them.

Help me help you by giving you my money for your unwanted subs and amps.

I've got you covered on the Epic 8. I have one BNIB. Only tested...it's the sub in my pic. $100 plus actual shipping. I live in NH, you live in CA...shipping will be about $25+/-. I also have a couple amps...not sure if they'll work for you or not but; Alpine PDX-F6 like new, flawless, $350 plus actual shipping. JL 500/1v1 VERY good condition, $200 plus actual shipping. I also have Alpine SPXpro crossovers like new $60. Let me know if anything interests you.

have a jbl14001d for 200 shipped amazing sounding amp and gives you versatility with 1200 watts at 4 ohm and 1500 watts at 2 ohm

exp when you are wiring lets say 3 dual 4 ohm subs you get a load of 2.67 with rise you will still be under 4 ohm so you know you will still be getting over 1200rms

same with 3 dual 2 ohm sbs wired at 3 ohm you will still get between 1200 and 1500 rms with rise

**** UPS shipping is $38 with declared value making it $138 to my door for yours. I checked the shipping on parts express and its free so it's $165 to my door. I'm out if it's going to be that much for a single used 8" sub.

Yeah shipping prices are a bit crazy nowadays. The sub is brand new...not used, only tested. But I understand, for $25 more you get one with a warranty. Good luck with your build.
