WTB amp(looking for something higer than 500w x1@4ohm)

My budget is at max $250...the best i've come across is an amp that can do 500w x 1 @ 4ohm...I have 2 Image Dynamics 10" 400w rms each @ 4ohm...and I want to make some use of them...I don't think 250w to each sub will cut it for me. any help would be great. Thanks!

I have a used ED 9.2X that does 600x1 @ 4ohms (2 channel bridged). Those numbers are at 12.5V.

how old is the ED amp? I've heard their older amps are awesome but their newer ones aren't as great....or maybe the other way around? I can't remember...send me some pics to jonnyredline@gmail.com

Sounds like you need 500 RMS @ 2 ohm..... I have a Boston GT-22 and GT-24.

390 RMS @ 2 ohm @12.6v 500 RMS @ 14.4v GT-22 $190 shipped

Orion Xtreme 900.2 does 900w rms @ 4ohms but more like 1100@14v
