WTB Amp for subs

I have 2 10" Pioneer TS-W256C. I need to get an amp for them for under 200 dollars. My brother has the same two subs, with a Audiobahn A6004T amp hooked up to them. It was fine for a while, but now he is having overheating problems. So, i could get that amp new for around 170 dollars, but i dont want it to overheat. I need a suggestion on a good amp that will get them loud for around 200 dollars. They are around 400 wats RMS and 800 max each.
